Nusatu Capital is a search fund looking to acquire a medium-sized company in Malaysia.
A search fund is an investment vehicle where an investor-backed entrepreneur raises funds
to locate, acquire, manage, and grow a privately-held company,
where they will assume an active leadership role.

Nusatu Capital is founded by Nazrul Johari and a team of investors with deep experience in acquisitions globally, Malaysian corporate leaders with deep domain expertise and former management consultants with extensive transformation experience.
Founder
Nazrul Johari is the Founder and Managing Director of Nusatu Capital. He has deep knowledge in strategy, operations, and transformation.
His career experience includes serving as Malaysia's Strategy and Operations Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and accumulating almost a decade of experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, in both the Kuala Lumpur and New York offices.
Nazrul holds a MSc in Economics from University College London and a First Class Honours BSc in Economics from University of Bristol.
